[Tracks] New Tracks from The Knocks

Our pals over at Heavy Roc Music are hard at work on Samuel's debut album, even tripping out to L.A. for an extended period to work some of the production out. And yet, the Knocks have managed to put together a few interesting remixes of Ellie Goulding, Master Shortie and the Jackson 5 over the last month or so. There's a lot to like here; each track shows a different side of the duo, from dreamy pop to R&B to synth-backed hip-hop. I've been really enjoying the reworking of "Starry Eyed" myself. For those in the northeastern United States, both Samuel and the Knocks are embarking on a mini-tour with Shwayze and B.o.B. this week and next:

-Thursday, 10/1 at The Chance in Poughkeepsie, NY
-Friday 10/2 at School of Rock in South Hackensack, NJ
-Tuesday 10/6 at Lupo's in Providence, RI

Edit:
-Just found out both Samuel and the Knocks will be playing at Red/Spin Mag's party during CMJ week in New York on 10/21 with Clipse (are they "The Clipse?" I can never remember). Check @djbroc for details

Check them out should you have the chance!

Ellie Goulding - Starry Eyed (Samuel/The Knocks Remix)
Master Shortie - Bringing it Back (The Knocks Remix)
The Jackson 5 - The Love You Save (The Knocks Remix)

And just because I can't get enough of B-Roc and Mr. JPatt's production, here's their first solo track:

The Knocks - Can't Shake Your Love
